Ghostlight Theatre Ensemble is thrilled to bring live musical theatre back to East County with COMPANY, jointly produced by Ghostlight Theatre Ensemble, Pittsburg Community Theatre (PCT) and Pinole Community Players (PCP)! All performances will comply with state and county health guidelines that are in effect on the show dates.
On the night of his 35th birthday, confirmed bachelor, Robert, contemplates his unmarried state. Over the course of a series of dinners, drinks and even a wedding, his friends – “those good and crazy people [his] married friends” – explain the pros and cons of taking on a spouse. The habitually single Robert is forced to question his adamant retention of bachelorhood during a hilarious array of interactions.
This joint production is unique in that all three sponsoring theatre groups are sharing costs equally, but each organization will only receive ticket revenue for the shows being performed during their own sponsorship weekend. For this reason, we ask supporters of Ghostlight Theatre Ensemble to try to attend a performance during the FINAL WEEKEND in June, as Ghostlight will receive ticket revenue only during the last weekend. Of course, if you are unable to attend one of the Ghostlight-sponsored performances, do still attend one of the other weekends:)
